For full planning, 12–18 months out is ideal — especially for popular seasons and destination dates. Wedding Management typically begins 4–6 weeks before the day. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway; I'll let you know what's possible.

Yes. I'm based in Arizona and plan celebrations across the state, but destination weddings are a core part of my work — from Mexico and the Caribbean to Europe and beyond. Travel fees depend on location and scope.

Wedding Management is for couples who've done most of the planning and want expert execution in the final weeks and on the day. Destination Weddings adds travel logistics, local vendor sourcing, and on-the-ground coordination abroad.
